Absolute Care & Social Support run a group for anyone over 65 from 10:30am till 12:30pm on Mondays and Fridays. The team do a range of activities reflecting the interests of the people within the group and their abilities, the team provides light refreshments which is included in the price of $15 per session.

We have Public Running days on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 10 am - 3 pm with picnic areas, canteen, and great views.
