Established in 2014, Nundle Smokehouse is located within Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm. They are an artisan food manufacturer making smoked and cured meats and meat products including Smoked Beef Pastrami, Smoked Chicken, Duck , Biltong and Venison products.
Nundle Smokehouse is an integrated business which includes The Drunken Trout Cafe.
A passion for perfection drives our activities in producing exceptional products, many of which have achieved Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at Australia’s key food award competitions. Their products are available at select outlets within NSW, their farm-gate shop and feature on the menu at The Drunken Trout Cafe.
