In celebration of Family History Month, join us at Tamworth library for a lecture on genealogy with Cate Clark. Discover Australian genealogical resources and starting points for beginning your own family history research.
Cate Clark is a researcher, historian, storyteller, writer and, in a previous life, a librarian.
To date she has written several local family history books as well as two local military history publications. She has also contributed to two books, Gunnedah’s Great War and Centenary of Anzac 1914-1918. Her titles of local relevance can be found in the CNRL collection.
She is passionate about delivering her knowledge to new searchers and hopes everyone will gain something by her lecture.
The lecture will be held in the Local Studies area at Tamworth City Library on Wednesday 6 August at 10:30am. Light refreshments will be provided. Click ‘Register for Event’ to book your free ticket.
