This half day symposium will explore the social, cultural, educational and economical impact music has on regional Australia. Hear from members of the Regional Music Research Group on their latest funded research, and special guest Dr Gavin Carfoot 2025 CMAA Songwriter of the year, producer, music researcher, and Senior Lecturer in Music at the Queensland University of Technology.
