Rev up for a great day out at the Moonbi Kootingal Motor Show & Historical Machinery Exhibition, returning to the Moonbi Showgrounds on Saturday 14 March 2026. Hosted by the Kootingal Motor Club in conjunction with the Tamworth Truck Drivers Club, this popular event will showcase an impressive range of cars, trucks, bikes, tractors, stationary engines and more, along with a swap meet for enthusiasts and collectors.
The event runs from 9am to 4pm, with free camping and powered sites available for those wanting to stay the weekend. Entry is $5 per person or $10 per family, making it an affordable day out for all ages. Whether you’re a motor enthusiast or simply looking for a fun community event, there’s plenty to see and enjoy.
Got a vehicle to showcase? Enter through Gate 1 (Vehicle Entry) and register at the admin building for the Show & Shine. Spectators can enter via Gate 2, with parking through Gate 3.
Best of all, proceeds are shared among local organisations and charities including Kootingal Moonbi RFS, Moonbi Public School, Kootingal Public School and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service
