Tamworth Rally Against Gender-Based Violence
Last year, rallies across Australia organised by What Were You Wearing brought communities together to say “No more” to violence against women and children. This April, Australians will once again gather, march and demand action.
So far this year alone, 14 women and 5 children have been killed due to gender-based violence. This rally is about standing with victim-survivors and demanding real change.

• Free Counselling Nationwide – guarantee free, trauma-informed support for all victim-survivors, regardless of postcode.
• Trauma-Informed First Responders – ensure police, healthcare and emergency personnel are trained to support survivors with care and respect.
