The Great Nundle Dog Race sits firmly on our annual Community Calendar having a great reputation of being a fun day for families and their pooches. Each year the day gets bigger, brighter and better with the village swelling and welcoming around 2000+ visitors and tourists from all over the region and beyond.
A fun filled day with various dog races, doggy high jump, circular derby testing out speed and agility, best dresses, dog on a leash, something for every breed and age. A major Auction, Raffle prizes and fun activities for the kids. Stalls, Food, Coffee and so much more.
This event directly supports Nundle Public School, providing valuable learning support, books, infrastructure and subsidised excursions for the kids. Inadvertently, the event supports our wider Community and small businesses with the influx of visitors into Nundle for the day or a weekend stay.
