Join us on 11 November as we gather to pay tribute to the courage and sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country in times of war and peace. The Remembrance Day Service will commence at 10:15am at the Tamworth Town Hall, leading into the minute’s silence at 11:00am, marking the moment the guns fell silent on the Western Front.
This is a time for all Australians to reflect on the legacy of the ANZACs and those who followed in their footsteps – ordinary people who did extraordinary things in service of our nation.
We warmly welcome the community to stand with us in remembrance and respect. Let us honour their memory not only with our silence, but through our actions, ensuring their stories live on in the hearts of future generations.
Lest we forget.
