An Overhead and Underneath: Lessons in Observation Public Program, join Kaz from Selah Yoga as she guides you through a beginner friendly Yoga Class within the Gallery Space. Surrounded by the centring works of the exhibition, each week will allow you to deeply connect with your body, cultivating a sense of home and an appreciation for moments in time, as you are taught soothing techniques to quieten your mind.
Sessions are FREE and will run for 7 consecutive weeks.
