All aboard for a fun family outing at the Tamworth Miniature Railway, with public running days held on the third Sunday of each month from 10am to 3pm. Rides are just $3 each, making it an affordable way to spend the day exploring the Botanic Gardens precinct at the top end of Piper Street.
The Loco Café will be open throughout the day with food and drinks available, so families can relax and make a full outing of it. Young train enthusiasts can also join the Toot Toot Club for $30, which includes ten rides, a Toot Toot T-shirt and a special member certificate.
EFTPOS is available, and all visitors must wear fully enclosed shoes to ride. Bring the family, enjoy the picnic-friendly surrounds and experience one of Tamworth’s much-loved monthly attractions.
