Travel around the Tamworth region is straightforward and convenient. A well-connected network of local roads, easy parking options, minimal traffic congestion and access to public transport alternatives will ensure your commute is safe, efficient and affordable. 

 

The Tamworth region and New England North-West is ideal to explore by car. If you don’t have your own vehicle, hire cars are available at Tamworth Regional Airport or in the Tamworth CBD. We suggest getting off the beaten track and exploring the region’s towns and villages. After all, the journey is just as good as the destination!

Daily bus services are operated by Tamworth Buslines within the Tamworth region to Attunga, Bendemeer, Kootingal, Manilla, Moonbi and Somerton.
