Climate

Approximately 400 metres above sea level, the climate in the Tamworth region could be described as fine and mild. In Summer the temperature ranges from an average minimum of 16c to an average maximum of 31c in summer, and between 3c and 16c in Winter. Most of our rain falls in Summer, averaging 650mm (26 inches) a year which leaves lots of opportunity to enjoy the great outdoor experiences that the region has to offer. Low humidity adds to the pleasant climate of our region.
